Further Information about our Storage Services

We are currently expanding our external storage space by buying virtually new 20 foot shipping containers. These are accessible by vehicles up to Box Van size. Access is currentlt 6.00am to 9,00pm Monday to Friday and Weekends by arrangement (although currently limited). For suitable clients we are willing to consider a wider access, based on suitable proof. Rates are from £25 plus VAT per week. The storage containers are ideal storage units for small businesses, where working from home has become a problem but you need to keep your overheads low.

Here is a summary of the ways you can self store with us at our secure warehouse:

SYSTEM 1)
Store your possessions in the industry standard traditional BREATHABLE WOODEN CONTAINER. Designed to be light, dry and yet very strong, these self storage units safely stack on top of each other, saving space and making our storage rates UNBEATABLE.

These are 5 foot wide by 7 foot high by 7 foot deep.

The units have a base of 35 square feet

The units have a cubic volume of 250 cubic feet.

A major advantage of this system is that the container comes to you, so there are no long walks to your storage unit..

In some facilities the self storage rooms can be 50 or more meters from where you park. Imagine how long it would take moving 30 items?

Each return journey is 100 meters. So you will walk 3000 (three thousand meters)

At the human average walking speed of 1.3 meters per second this would take you 2300 seconds. That is almost 40 minutes just in walking back and forth to the distant storage unit!! But with us it is straight out of the van and into the unit.
