Further Information about our Storage Services

We are currently expanding our external storage space by buying virtually new 20 foot shipping containers. These are accessible by vehicles up to Box Van size. Access is currentlt 6.00am to 9,00pm Monday to Friday and Weekends by arrangement (although currently limited). For suitable clients we are willing to consider a wider access, based on suitable proof. Rates are from £25 plus VAT per week. The storage containers are ideal storage units for small businesses, where working from home has become a problem but you need to keep your overheads low.

Container Storage Area Update: February 24th 2007

We now have 7 brand new containers placed externally, with 4 inside of the Warehouse. Another 4 are required to complete the outside area prepared. The main access area is ready to be concreted...which should happen within the next 7 days. We are investigating having CCTV accessible via the internet available....depending on cost there might be a slight extyra fee to pay for this. There is already a general CCTV system on the oiutside and inside of the Warehouse, as well as the REDCARE Alarm. 7 out of the current 11 containers are rented out...so hurry if you are interested.

With a lock box added it is very difficult to get into these containers without using oxyacetylene gas!! See picture below.

ALL CONTAINERS HAVE LOCK-BOXES. THESE MAKE GAINING ACCESS TO THE PADLOCK DIFFICULT (ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE), ESPECIALLY IF YOU USE A GOOD QUALITY LOCK. EXTRA LOCKS CAN BE FITTED AT OTHER LOCATIONS ON THE CONTAINER FOR EVEN MORE SECURITY.

SITE LOCATION:

We are very close to Chester and the Wirral, being just 300 yards of Junction 9 of the M53. Chester city centre is just 9.2 miles away. If you believe the times on the RAC site that takes just 12 minutes!!

From Wallasey we are 16 miles and that takes just 18 minutes. Obviously the fact that we are just off the motorway means travel times are very good.

Some clients come from North Wales to store with us. Prestatyn is only 30 miles away and takes about 46 minutes. So if you work around Chester and the Wirral it is not too far to drive.
