Quite simply we bat with a straight bat. We give good honest advice and if it occassionally loses us work then that is a price worth paying. Let me give an example. About 2 months ago I visited a lady in flat in Bromborough who was desperate to put her recently deceased mothers items into storage. She had come up from Kent to oversee the 'first phase' of the flat clearance and saw storage as a quick fix. And indeed a few months storage is something we would always relish. But I felt it was not really suitable. Many of here mothers items were , when looked at in ther clear light of day, and putting it perhaps a little impolitely, junk. Certainly the younger family members had no interest in them and barring one writing bureau none were saleable. The smaller objects were generally of low value. After talking with here she decided to call in a house clearance expert, but take the bureau and some selected keepsakes home.

2. WE ANSWER THE PHONE PERSONALLY.

Our secretary, Andrea, is in the office from 9.00am until 12.00 midday and then again from 2.00pm til 5.00pm. You may get an answerphone because Andrea is on another call but hopefully you will find she calls you back as promptly as she can. Please be patient as we only have one Andrea and the phones can get busy at certain times.

3. ALL BOXES, PACKING PAPER AND TAPE SUPPLIED AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF MOST FULL REMOVALS.

You need the right tools to do the job right. And we supply them. We also supply hanging wardrobes to seamlessly transport your clothes during your removal.Other items we supply at very sensible extra rates ie. bubble wrap.

3. PROMPT SERVICE.

We carry out a no-obligation quotation as soon as possible, at a mutually agreeable time. This can be daytime, teatime or early evening. Removal quotations take anything from 10minutes to half an hour (occassionally more)

4. CLEAR, WRITTEN QUOTATION WITH NO HIDDEN EXTRAS.

All the information, including removal and storage charges are clearly displayed and the procedure to book is clearly outlined. You will know exactly what yo the bill will be.

5. ALL WORK CARRIED OUT BY MAINLY FULL-TIME TRAINED STAFF .

Undoubtably we have more full-time removal porters than any other local company. At our storage warehouse we also have a full-time manager and fork-lift truck operative. They are polite and presentable and know what they are doing. They turn up on time, cover items carefully and generally give you a nononses removal or storage experience.

6. NO WAITING TIME CHARGES ON MOVE DAY

We currently do not charge when our removal porters have to wait for clients to collect the keys to the new property. That alone could save you £££'s on your removal.

7. WE HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED SINCE 1990

OK, so everyone can make a mistake...but with our many years of experience it is VERY,VERY RARE that we misplan a removal or storage job.

8. RECOMMENDED BY NUMEROUS PEOPLE WE HAVE MOVED.

We know that NOTHING is better than good word of mouth advertising...and we get lots of it. That is because we have employed decent full-time removals staff for years...and good news spreads!! We are also finding that many ESTATE AGENT STAFF and SOLICITORS now also recommend us.

8. REMOVALS AND STORAGE SOLUTIONS TO SUIT ALL PREFERNCES AND BUDGETS.

We do small moves in a box van to multi-vehicle removals using all our 3 pantechnichons and van. We carry-out containerised storage or you can self store. We can supply just one removals porter if you are reasonably able to help yourself on a move. We will just take the bigger items of furniture if you want to keep the cost down. We supply a van and driver service at a sensible hourly rate and offer discounts for the retired or disabled. You name it, we just about do it!
