MOVING VOLUME CALCULATOR
WELCOME!¨† If you fill in the information on this web
page you will get a number of really useful outcomes:¨†
1) The Volume of all the items you enter is totalled up and
gives you a GRAND TOTAL in both cubic meters and cubic feet for your removal.
This can be useful when planning your removal and also when requiring
storage. You also get a printout of the completed form to file. Lucky you!
2) Based on this you then get a pretty accurate quotation from
us for your removal.¨† Of course you
must have supplied us with a carefully filled in form that genuinelly
reflects your move, both the size of your move‚ƒ∂no missing things off,
please!!...and any other details that affect the move such as access,
dismantling of items required etc. PLEASE NOTE: THE QUOTE GIVEN MAY REQUIRE A
VISIT BY OUR REMOVALS SURVEYOR BEFORE WE CONFIRM IT.
3)
We advise that you print out the 'Manual Move Inventory Form'- BEFORE you
enter the data on the computer.¨† This
gets you to walk around your current home and write down the number of each
main listed item AND also estimate the number of cartons required.¨† So when you come back to the computer you
have the data to hand!¨† Many clients
find a spin-off of this is a great feeling of being in-control of there
removal, as they now have a clear idea of exactly what needs to go...and how
much need to be done!¨†

INSTRUCTIONS
(continued).¨† We need details about
those items that are not listed on our computer form.¨† You will have noted these separatelly on
the MMIF you (might have) filled in.¨†
Below is a space to enter details of up to 8 'uncatagorised'
items.¨† Our assessor will receive this
form and add the required volume (which he will work out), enabling him to
correctly quote your removal.¨†
¨† Alternativelly use the 'Bespoke Entry'
section to manually input the length, breadth and width of up to 8
items.¨† Doing it this way means that
since the volume is calculated for each item we can add it to the final total
volume figure.
